Our Consultants / trainers

All our project management consultants have more than 15 years of experiences in managing large scale projects in different domains including Telecommunications, IT, wholesale and retail, military, aviation, manufacturing, public safety and mission critical systems.

All our process consultants have conducted more than 10 quality consultancy service (CMMI or ISO) for different kinds of companies. Typical domain areas are: Information Technology, System integration, software development, system engineering and outsourcing. These projects typically span from 6 to 18 months.

All our trainers / instructors have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field, and one year teaching/ training experience. Some of them also are visiting lecturers in the universities and tertiary education institutes. Processis has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by PMI.
