Before the introduction of this system, the community population management departments
has always adopt the traditional manual approach in the file and document managing
process, of which, many disadvantages appears, such as: low efficiency, poor confidentiality,
apart from that, due to the large number of files, document and information missing
always happens. Under some circumstances, the managing people are repeating the
same job, which not only cut down the work efficiency, but also making mistakes
usually. So they are badly in need of such a system to help them out.
Function
The information of the community, including community name, district name, address,
person in charge address and other information input. In detail, that is name, gender,
household registration status, ID number, date of birth, nationality, educational
background, political outlook living conditions and others.

Facing these existing problems, we have made a systematic analysis of the data table
structure to establish an effective process, solving the issues as well as help
the workers from the busy works, as well as enhance and update the overall process.
