Course Overview

This one-day introduction to Project Management will equip participants with a firm grounding in the principles, tools and techniques for the successful planning and implementation of projects. Through customized exercises, participants will apply the principles and practices of Project Management in situations similar to their business environment. This course is approved by PMI.
